These terms cover the RS Street business website offer provided by Vince Ngo. The offer includes design of your agreed business website and hosting at its RSstreet.com address. We confirm your business name, website, approved content and paid activation date with you.

The five-year term begins when your paid website is activated. A design preview shown before payment does not start that term. The optional five-year extension runs from the end of the original term, giving ten years from original paid activation.

After payment, email Vince your business name and website so the payment can be matched to your site. Ask Vince before paying for an extension; the extension is not an automatic second charge.

Your website includes 12 edits during the first 12 months after paid activation. An edit is an agreed update to existing website content, such as business details, text or images.

New pages, substantial redesigns, integrations and ongoing review-management or marketing work are quoted separately. We agree on the scope and price of additional work before it begins.

During this limited-time early-bird offer, the base website is $300 paid once for five years. You may lock in five more years for another $300, for $600 and ten years total. There are no automatic recurring charges. Any later renewal or extra service needs a separate agreement.

Online payment opens a hosted GoDaddy checkout. RS Street does not ask you to email card numbers or enter them into an RS Street form.

You keep the rights you have in the business text, logos and photographs you provide. You give RS Street permission to use those materials to build, host and maintain your agreed website. Supply content you own or have permission to use, and approve the business details before activation.

Your paid site uses an address on the shared RSstreet.com domain. The plan does not transfer ownership of RSstreet.com or include registration of a separate domain. A custom domain, if requested, needs a separate written agreement.

RS Street’s shared templates, software and original materials retain their existing ownership. Third-party photographs, fonts, media and services retain their own license terms. A business listing or independent concept does not itself establish an affiliation with that business.

Hosting is included for your purchased term. If a hosting or platform change affects your website, contact Vince to arrange its continuation or a suitable export. This offer does not promise a specific uptime percentage or uninterrupted third-party service.

You can request a copy of your business content and an export of website files that RS Street can provide under the applicable licenses. The shared RSstreet.com domain, other customers’ content, private data and nontransferable third-party licenses are not part of an export. Discuss any migration work, new hosting or separate domain before committing to another service.

If RS Street plans to stop operating during your paid term, we will use your customer contact information to notify you, offer the available export of your business-owned content, and work with you on a written resolution for the remaining hosting term. That may involve a transfer to an agreed provider or a refund for undelivered hosting. The exact arrangement depends on the remaining service and is confirmed with you; there is no automatic transfer of your website, data or domain to a new operator. Keep your customer contact details current so we can reach you.

Directory details, reviews and source snapshots can change; confirm current information with the business. Independent design concepts and fictional review demonstrations are labeled. Review demos do not connect to Google or post replies automatically.

Website work does not promise a particular search position, review removal or sales result. Project budget reviews, memberships and other Studio services have their own agreed scope. These terms do not replace rights that apply under law.
