If you do not like your RS Street website, contact Vince within 30 days of paid website activation for a full refund of the website plan payment. The guarantee applies to the early-bird $300 five-year website plan and, if purchased for that site, the additional $300 five-year extension.

The 30-day window starts at the site’s original paid activation date, rather than the date an unpaid preview first appeared. Buying an extension later does not restart the original satisfaction window.

1. Email vincengo81@gmail.com within the 30-day window.
2. Include your business name, RS Street website address, payment date and order or receipt reference.
3. State that you are requesting the satisfaction-guarantee refund. You can include feedback if you would like.

Do not send a full card number or bank details. Vince will match the request to your payment and arrange the refund through the original payment channel. Your payment provider controls when the returned funds appear.

A full refund ends the paid website plan and any refunded extension. Discuss removal of the paid site and a copy of your business content with Vince. A separate public directory listing or clearly labeled independent design concept is not the paid plan.

Separately quoted project reviews, additional work and third-party purchases are governed by their own agreed terms. This guarantee does not limit any rights that apply under law.
