Your information
A clear approach
to privacy.
What you choose to share, what stays in your browser, and where other services are involved.

What you choose to share.
This notice covers the RS Street directory, Studio and website tools operated by Vince Ngo. When you email us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, contact details, business website, project questions and attachments. We use it to respond, agree on work and support your website.
Most introduction and worksheet forms prepare a draft in your email app, a copyable message or a text message. Completing that draft does not send it to us automatically; you decide whether to send it. Please avoid including passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal records.
Saved choices & review drafts.
Some features save preferences, favorites and approved review-demo drafts in your browser’s local storage. These stay on that browser; the review demo does not send your draft to Google or to RS Street. You can clear saved drafts using the demo’s controls, or remove stored website data through your browser settings.
Other worksheets hold your entries only while the page is open, unless you copy, download or send them. Avoid entering private customer details into demonstrations.
Payments & service records.
Payment buttons open a GoDaddy-hosted checkout. GoDaddy collects payment and billing information under its own policies. RS Street receives the transaction details needed to identify and support your order, such as the amount, customer name and any notes included with the payment. Card entry occurs on GoDaddy’s checkout, not on RS Street.
We use correspondence and order information for activation, agreed edits, customer support, refunds and business records. Contact us to ask what we hold or to request a correction or deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or other legal obligations.
Appointment requests.
The Emerald Dental appointment-request form is a separate server-submitted feature. It stores the contact and scheduling details you submit, along with request status and abuse-prevention identifiers, for follow-up by the authorized administrator. Public visitors cannot read those submissions.
Use the Emerald appointment privacy notice for that feature and contact the chosen office about your request. Do not submit medical, insurance or payment records through that form.
Other sites & optional features.
Business booking links, maps, videos, messaging and checkout may open services operated by others. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. Optional address lookup on the Yohannes page sends your typed place query to its external address-search service when you select “Find”; it is not sent merely by typing.
Video and other embedded content can make requests to the provider when loaded or played. The external provider may receive your network and browser information and use its own cookies or storage. You can use the page without playing optional media or opening external links.
Technical data & online tracking.
Hosting and security providers process technical requests needed to deliver these pages and help prevent abuse, which may include network address, browser details and access times. RS Street runs on hosted infrastructure, including Cloudflare services.
RS Street’s own pages do not use an advertising profile or a general visitor analytics tag. Browser storage supports the saved features described above. The application does not change these practices in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. External providers apply their own policies.
Questions, choices & updates.
Email Vince at vincengo81@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Identify the feature or website involved so the request can be matched to the relevant records. We may need to confirm that the information belongs to you before changing or releasing it.
This notice is updated on this page when our practices change; the effective date appears above. Separate business websites and linked services may have their own privacy notices.
