Begin with the right form.

Already discussing music lessons with the studio? Its original piano enrollment form asks for student and parent names, email, phone, age, years playing piano and optional questions. It recommends age seven or above; younger students need a trial to assess readiness.

New to the school or exploring another program? Use the current new-student inquiry first.

The original age choices are 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14–18 and 18+. Piano-experience choices are 0, 0–1, 1–2, 2–3 and 3+ years. Its confirmation says the studio will contact the family to arrange a trial; submitting the form does not itself confirm a lesson time.

The terms, in context.

Payment & scheduling

  • Lists cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and card, with a 3.69% card fee.
  • Monthly payment due by the 26th of the preceding month; a $30 late fee every two calendar days.
  • States no refunds after payment, no holiday proration or makeup, and fees subject to change.
  • One makeup monthly with 24-hour notice, expiring four weeks after cancellation; monthly plans receive scheduling priority.

Studio expectations

  • Sessions start and end on time; children are picked up inside the studio promptly.
  • Follow teacher rules; repeated misbehavior can lead to discontinued service. No food or drink inside.
  • Includes safety/liability wording and a recommendation to meet state vaccination requirements.
  • Includes a separately initialed photo/video release and student/parent signature.

Piano: $230/month for 30 minutes weekly; beginner materials $195. Tutoring: $385 K–8, $405 high school or $425 AP/Honors for one hour weekly, or $225 for 30 minutes weekly.
